Watch Edith+Eddie now as part of the Meet the Press Film Festival

Edith+Eddie by director Laura Checkowayis now available to stream on NBCNews.com, following its dual screenings at the Meet the Press Film Festival with AFI on November 13. The screenings were followed by Q&A's with both Chuck Todd, NBC News political director and moderator of "Meet the Press" and Kristen Welker, NBC News White House correspondent.

The film will stream for two weeks beginning November 13th and concluding November 27th. Watch it HERE.

The film is nominated for the International Documentary Association's Best Short Award, and members can vote for the film through December 3rd. Vote here.

The film had its New York City premiere this past Tuesday at DOC NYC, and recently earned nominations both for the Cinema Eye Honor for Outstanding Achievement in Nonfiction Short Filmmaking as well as the International Documentary Association's Best Short Award.

Since its world premiere in March of 2017 at the True/False Film Fest, Edith+Eddie has earned Best Documentary Short at the Nevada City Film Festival, Outstanding Documentary Short at the Tallgrass Film Festival, Best Short at the Montclair Film Festival, Jury Honorable Mention at the Sheffield Doc/Fest, the Flickers' Youth Film Jury Award for Best Documentary at the Rhode Island International Film Festival, the Jury Award for Best Documentary at the Palm Springs International Film Festival and the Jury Award for Best Documentary Short at the Hamptons International Film Festival.
